The Applicant confirms that participation complies with applicable laws and regulations. The Applicant confirms that the nomination does not involve sanctioned entities or prohibited jurisdictions.
The CoinGape Web3 Innovation Awards are editorial recognition distinctions based on a structured evaluation framework combining expert jury assessment. Verified community participation. Public data-driven editorial analysis. Participation in the Awards does not constitute endorsement of a project or token. Participation does not constitute certification of security or compliance. Participation does not constitute investment recommendation. Participation does not constitute a guarantee of technical reliability. Participation does not constitute a guarantee of commercial benefit. Award outcomes reflect comparative evaluation within the defined assessment window only. CoinGape may, at its discretion, offer selected nominees, whether winners or non-winners, the opportunity to participate in an optional presentation segment during the Awards ceremony. CoinGape may use the Applicant's name. Logo. Project description. Category placement. Nomination status. Shortlisting status. Award outcome. Such use may be for editorial purposes. Promotional purposes. Research purposes. Reporting purposes. Marketing purposes related to the Awards. No additional consent or compensation is required.
Community participation is subject to identity validation mechanisms. Wallet-based participation limits. Anomaly detection systems. Duplicate submission filtering. Geographic irregularity screening. Votes identified as automated, manipulated, or coordinated may be excluded from aggregation. CoinGape reserves the right to invalidate community voting signals where manipulation is detected.
Personal and organizational data submitted through the nomination process may be used for evaluation. Eligibility verification. Awards communication. Editorial publication. Reporting. Event coordination. Such data may be shared with jury members. Evaluation partners. Research contractors. Technical service providers. Commercial exposure expectations. Partnership opportunities. Participation is at the Applicant's own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinGape shall not be liable for reputational impact arising from award outcomes. Data inaccuracies from third-party sources. Technical interruptions. Voting irregularities outside its control. Market consequences related to recognition status. Participation does not create any fiduciary relationship between the Applicant and the Organizer.
Applicants confirm that they are not subject to international sanctions restrictions. Applicants confirm that they are not acting on behalf of sanctioned entities. Applicants confirm compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Applicants confirm compliance with anti-corruption obligations. Applicants confirm operation within applicable jurisdictional requirements. CoinGape reserves the right to remove nominees if compliance risks arise.
CoinGape shall not be responsible for delays, suspension, or cancellation of the Awards due to events beyond reasonable control including regulatory changes. Cyber incidents. Geopolitical instability. Infrastructure failures. Public health emergencies. Blockchain network disruptions.
CoinGape reserves the right to disqualify any Applicant whose conduct may compromise fairness. Misrepresent credentials. Manipulate voting. Violate applicable laws. Damage the integrity of the Awards. Disqualification decisions are final.
CoinGape reserves the right to refine evaluation parameters. Adjust scoring normalization methods. Expand verification datasets. Modify category structures. Improve review procedures. Updated methodology versions will be published where material changes occur.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Organizer's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with participation shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
These Terms constitute the full agreement governing Awards participation and supersede prior communications relating to nominations. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
